When a situation arises where we are unable to find a suitably qualified candidate for a specific interim opportunity, or the situation is vice versa with another interim company, we will from time to time seek assistance from an associate organisation to ensure the vacancy is filled.

If such a situation arises, we will share the margin with this organisation. However, the introducer should have no involvement in any part of the recruitment process and it should be stipulated on the quote that, if we were successful, the margin will be split with that company.

In the interests of transparency to clients, the introducer must make it clear that the margin is to be shared with another firm.
This is a reciprocal arrangement between companies that have agreed this margin share policy with Dearden Interim.
